I graduated from Paris-X Nanterre University with a major in psychology more than 20 years ago. I worked for a long time in the field of human resources, which gives me substantial experience in the corporate field.

I more recently trained to become a Sophrologist (relaxation therapist).

I practice mainly with adolescents and adults. You can contact me for therapy and / or relaxation therapy (sophrology). I am inspired by these two fields which seem, to me, so complementary.

Holder of a Master in Psychology, issued by the University of Paris-X Nanterre. I also followed the Specialized Curriculum of the Ecole Pratiques de Hautes Etudes en Psychopathologie in Paris.
Certified Sophrologist, I did my training at the Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie (first French school authorized to issue a professional sophrologist certification).
I follow regular training courses to deepen my knowledge in my fields of practice.
I am registered under number 449321181 in the Adeli directory, issued by the Regional Health Agency (ARS).

These Codes of Ethics are very strict with regards to confidentiality and respect for each individual. Thus, I am bound by strict professional secrecy. I cannot under any circumstances disclose your personal information to a third party (even asked for by a doctor, a colleague psychologist or sophrologist or a member of your family) unless you explicitly request it. The same goes for everything that is said during our counseling sessions.
